Today the agency came to a new turn in our line of business, and since I am kind of a dramatic guy I always intend to oversize things or downsize it i will run by you the facts.

We are relatively mid-size marketing agency, we have our market share, its steady with minor changes ups and downs.
Our clients classed between the medium and medium to large corporations
Mostly glad with our services, and we are running a lot of commercial adds in the country, even the once we don't run It our selves for our clients, our fingerprints are all over it.
Few days ago one of the agency clients proposed an amendment to the contract between us and them by adding one condition, condition rules "our agency would only provide its services to his company and not any others in the same field" manipulation term.
However, my partner Jd and I asked for a time to study the market and the situation, which had happened already few days ago and led us into two different opinions about the whole idea.
Let me review the facts for you:
Our client isn't the biggest in his field, but second
He offers to pay shit load of money in return of approving this condition
He requires 24/7 rep. from our agency to stay with his marketing research team.
Marketing strategically planning on yearly basis (paid separately)
Contract for three years
In the same field, its unlikely to be the agency for number one, but on the other hand, we can make a lot of money by providing our services to multiple companies in the same field (80/20) theory.
Jd believes its good deal, on one hand it will cover all our expenses for the next one year, including new company headquarter and every other luxurious equipment needed (furniture, vehicles… etc.) and her favorite say about this is "a bird in hand better than 10 on tree", and on the other hand this deal will give us the time to set up the agency internally in a better way giving us (me and her) as directors more time for our private lives and take the daily pressure off our shoulders.
I agree with her, but I was looking for other clients in the field, aiming to expand our clientele market which provide us with bigger maneuvering space .
Those are the facts, any advice!

Do it Leo, with the facts you gave, I'd rather you do it than waiting for quiet some while struggeling
Me too, I'd say do it and give up this competative instinct inside you dear
give up your competitive attitude and accept the deal.
I believe so Leo, do it and get your attention on new markets, act on comfort basis and stop worrying about monthly expenses... etc
I believe all the guys have endured the move
Come on partner, let's do it and celibate tomorrow
I think you all wrong guys, I believe we should handle this extra ordinary pressure for a while coz things will be better.
But if you all think the same then be it.
