Since a long time I haven't felt myself as clueless and helpless as today, I have been around and those of you who knows me well, knows that I have been through all kind of shit (excuse my French)but not like today.
Let me walk you through it my readers, maybe you can give me a way out.
My day yesterday started pretty much normal, not too much pressure of business, well… long meetings but nothing especial, and went on like this till maybe 1330 and that’s when things started taking interesting turn.
As part of the advertisement campaign we started few days ago for us, I received a phone call at my office, telling me there is a crew of reporters from local TV, looking forward to accompany me for the rest of my day in order to make report about our field of business (obstacles we are facing and stuff like this) and how things go on. (kind of reality show)
First time I checked them up and after long negotiation I agreed (of course having supermodel reporter played big part of my approval). Just kidding…
Anyway, I agreed on it and everything went as scheduled, till maybe 1800 hrs, when I am scheduled to GYM with my friend Perla that’s when the TV crew asked to accompany me, which was a bit occurred but since I am "cool" guy I didn't mind.
I arrived to the GYM and just before starting my exercises, I found that my friend Perla didn’t like the idea, asking them not to shoot her, basically I didn't give much care and seems at first the crew too, few minutes later Perla noticed that they are focusing on her, and things went down, she went mad and started screaming at them very loud that everyone paid attention and it was some scene.
I told her you are making it big deal, she out of a sudden turned to me and started yelling at me, accusing me that I noticed the TV reporter is checking me out but I was happy and didn't do anything, (I mean dear, what do you want me to react for that) the worst was the cameraman actually shooting every single word and move.
Of course I noticed that so I handled everything professionally and as I supposed to.
20min later, things smoothed up and calmed down, I asked the cameraman to erase the shooting, and he apologized saying its impossible and that he won't give up the film…
Assuring me that next week I can see it all on the channel at x time.
That’s when I flipped crazy and started screaming at him, including the reporter who assured me that she would do anything to forbid the ugly part from being aired.
Long story short, TV crew and management assured me that there is no reason to return me the film and that in our verbal agreement I confirmed their rights of shooting the whole events of my day, now as a lawyer I know they are right, but I have to figure out a way before next week.
I mean come on this film will cause great damage to Perla's image as an icon in our society.
Anyway, I promised Perla to get the film back at any cost, now I know there is no chance by suing the TV station, or going to courts with this.
SO ANY ADVISE.

I am really sorry Maya, I didn't have the chance to apologize and I trust that you will get that film back, and even if you didn't, its enough for me knowing you tried your best.
I am really sorry again but you were happy that she liked you, okay I admit that you didn't check her back but Jesus Maya she was all over you from the moment I saw her, I know I shouldn't act the way I did, and really wish that my public apology will ease things on you darling.
Man, tell me what is the nationality of this station, maybe we can find any gap in their laws.
It's local dear Tony, and Maya checked the media codec and didn't find anything.
I think we need to negotiate with them.
Actually MD, you are right, Lilian can solve it, but not during her work experience, her relative hotshot.
Guys thanks for caring, but following the normal road of law won't get us anywhere, I have checked with all the possibilities, and the only way that I'd plead the whole agreement never took place.

I am ready for your help anytime you want, all what you need is asking… tell me what I can do, we love Perla and sure we don't wish her any bad.

Perla, I just read your comments, and I think this is the best solution giving the circumstances , I will call Ray right now.
