Who is doing the dirty job in Lebanon?

Political, social and religious figures in the Lebanese town of Hasbayah held a meeting to follow up the case of Mahmoud Rafe`, who admitted to security forces committing many acts of sabotage and assassinations, the last of which was the killing of the Majzoub brothers in Sidon last month.

Rafe` is a retired adjutant in the Lebanese Internal Forces, with close ties to a prominent Lebanese progressive party led by a major February 14 figure.

He was captured by Army intelligence forces and turned out to be a main pillar in an "Israeli" Mossad network operating in Lebanon since 1990.
Every time "Israel" is accused of being behind an assassination, a bomb attack or an act of sabotage in Lebanon, the supposition proves right.
The sequence of events and security operations by the Lebanese Army Intelligence, led to the capture of a significant number of "Israeli" terror networks formed mainly of Lebanese citizens, with tasks reaching the assassination of Sayyed Nasrallah.

The latest army intelligence breakthrough is the capture of the most active "Israeli" Mossad network operating in Lebanon since more than 16 years.
In the wake of the assassination of the Islamic Jihad official, Mahmoud Majzoub and his brother Nidal in Sidon more than two weeks ago, army intelligence units moved in to solve the case.

Majzoub`s every move was subject to intensified security measures including camera monitoring. According to security sources quoted by Lebanese Assafir daily, intelligence activity focused on the Mercedes that was used to kill the Lebanese brothers.

The method of detonation was identified and so was the type of the "Israeli" made explosive. The sources added that in the southern town of Hasbayah, lived an Internal Security Forces retired adjutant called Mahmoud Kassem Rafe`. His luxurious way of living drew the interest of people surrounding him as well as security forces. He was put under secret surveillance from the 27 of May, one day after the assassination, until the 6th of June and information about the Mercedes began to emerge. A van had provided Rafe` with a booby-trapped door to replace it with the original door of the car.
He was the perpetrator.59 year old Rafe` accomplished his "Israeli" Mossad mission and returned to his town to live back his normal life.
In a very well planned security operation, dubbed "Surprise at dawn", Rafe` was ambushed in Hasbayah as he was returning home and taken to the intelligence headquarters in Beirut.

Security forces announced that Rafe` was kidnapped and therefore justified establishing checkpoints in the town and searching the man`s villa for fingerprints. Inside, they found what they said was a treasure of evidence, documents, maps, communication devices and other equipments, most of which are "Israeli".Interrogating Rafe` coincided with an arrest campaign in Hasbayah that included his son, daughter and wife.
She admitted that her husband parked the Mercedes in the villa for several days before taking it to a quote "unknown location."Security forces also said that Rafe` made substantial confessions, about a number of acts including the Sidon assassination and other bombings in southern Lebanon, Beirut and its southern suburb, particularly the assassination of Hezbollah official, Ali Saleh on the 2nd of August 2003. The Army intelligence preferred not to disclose information about other operations undertaken by Rafe`, which could be related to the assassination of political figures following the February 14, 2005 assassination of Former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.14 bomb attacks, killings and assassination attempts took place after Hariri`s murder and the so called February 14 ruling majority blamed Syria for all of them.
If Rafe` was proven to have carried out some or all of these attacks, then the February 14 powers` hypothesis that Syria is physically eliminating its opponents in Lebanon will prove wrong, and "Israel"`s involvement in these atrocities will be backed with evidence.Although the international investigation is not yet concluded, the so called February 14 powers still accuse Damascus of assassinating Hariri .

They even presented the most awkward hypothesis, that Syria might as well assassinate Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah and then blame it on "Israel".Strangely, pro February 14 written and audiovisual media outlets undermined this accomplishment and those who mentioned the news of capturing Rafe` dealt with it as regular news, not even worthy of making headlines.

Still in Lebanon Prominent figure from so called February 14 ruling majority, MP Walid Jumblatt, renewed his attack against Syria, the resistance and the agreed upon "code of political and media honor".
Just as Speaker Nabih Berri was in Egypt seeking mediation to ease down tension between Beirut and Damascus, Jumblatt described Syrian President Bashar Assad as a butcher and portrayed groups opposing his February 14 groups as servants to Assad. In his remarks, Jumblatt torpedoed the code of honor and sought to instigate sectarian strife when he said that he and his allies succeeded in quote "toppling all sanctities", referring to the mocking of Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah in a satire program on a local TV two weeks ago.
Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc member, MP Ali Ammar, underlined Hezbollah`s firm adherence to "Code of political and media honor". In a ceremony in South Lebanon, Ammar criticized MP Walid Jumblatt`s remarks on the resitance and his rejection to the code of honor that was unanimously agreed upon during the last session of national dialogue last week.
He said that the resistance cannot be told that your job is over while the "Israeli" enemy is threateing our border and sovereignty that is being violated on daily basis.Meanwhile Former Lebanese Minister Suleiman Franjieh chose the 28th anniversary of the massacre of Ehden to lauch his new AL-Marada party.
The massacre was planned by Bashir Gemayel and executed by current Lebanese Forces chief Samir Geagea who led a group to the northern town of Zghorta and killed execution style Franjieh`s father Tony, his mother Vera and his three year old sister Jihan. More than 30 other people were killed while trying to defend the Franjieh family. Thirteen year old Suleiman Franjieh was unharmed as he was not at home at the time of the massacre.
The launching of the party was attended by thousands of supporters, politicians and party representatives including Hezbollah, Amal Movement and the Free Patriotic Movement. Franjieh said that the party`s main aim was to support the resistance and its arms, reject settling Palestinian refugees in Lebanon and oppose the division of the country

Please don't clain innocency to your regiem or your allies over such story

We are sure that Lebanon is a place to all intelligence agences in the world, this is including the Syrian and Iranian once too, so I can't guilty the Israli with all the murders took place between 2004-2008 in Lebanon

So I think your way of quitting the Syrians and Iranians off those murders are so injustice.
