Just today, I have recieved my schedule for my next trip out of the country, it will be very depressing trip, in fact I don't know if depression would be an accurate description anymore
(enuogh about me).
However, It will start on June 23rd or 24th (depending on flights), for the period of 7 days, during this time I will have 3-4 days out of reach, I won't be able to answer my handy phone, or be online, or even landlines, so; As soon as i recieved it, I knew I need to find someone to replace me in office, I didn't worry much about my personal life cause I have been replaced long while ago.
My first mission at the office is to find someone from my staff to take over my responsibilties and mission in other words to handle my part of the work, That my friends was the hard part.
My staff are 12 people working at the same building of mine, 4 them are direct assistances for me so I will choose one of them only.
since I am looking forward to increase my readers, I will ask my staff to read this blog and try to prove me why they deserve the most to be the one who takes over, taking in consideration that The one who takes over will have 80% of the salary reward at the end of next month along with 5 days paid holiday.
In order to help you guys, I will tell each one of you my concern about hime/her, maybe that will help you find your way
Rita H.: Strong charechter, Hard working, good experiance but not russinal mind at all, she always jump to conclusions and act accordingly. most of the times her conclusions are very true, but I can't afford such risk nither.
So Rita, tell me what are you going to do to overcome this problem and show me you are the one who deserves this chance.
Joe L.: Smart, quick, and sharp, yet he has no experiance at all in this field.
He's domistic operational experiance is very good but no experiance in the field of managing the department of operation on the national level, and I am certinly not the whole mobile units around the country.
Juana E. Q.: She has the good things of the both of the above but she has lak of commitment, if its time for party, then the hill with the world I need to party now.
Juana, I can give tons of examples for that, but i will stick with what I only said, hoping you to understand that this behavior would causes a lot of problems for the work.
Finally, Florance D.: She has leading personality, strong charechter, good experiance and above all she loves what she does, but the problem is Flo is pregnant and she's on 7th or 8th I am not sure, that will sure effect her productivity big time.
I don't think Flo you can help me with that at all, cause this is something you can't control.
I have tried to take my decision by myself, without asking my readers and you guys, but I felt its unfair, so I decided to give each one of you the chance to help me decid as soon as possible, we have like till June 20th for the decision to be made.
Dearest readers, I know some of you in person, and some of you work with me, so all suggestions are welcomed and I am looking forward to have your comments on this one.
