When Greed and Stupid Collides

For the last few days, I have been having a bit of a very bad time, and some times I think of my self like a tree with leaves or like a house with no roof.

So I think to my self; if you wanna be an asshole - be the worse asshole you possibly can be.

But then again, sometimes these sort of things do not actually turn out the way you expect them to be, and I really can't.

Some of you might think of me the worst, and some of you might think of me as a gentelman; depends on who's talking about me.

You see, my mom has an old friend, who used to work with in the same company way back in the 1970s. My mom served 20 years of her life in that company, and she has met and seen many people who have grown to be her long time friend.

One particular lady stood out the most, let's refer to her a Susan (that's not her real name tho). Way back in the late 1980s, she was dating my uncle, I will reffer to him as Augustine (my mom's first cousin), who is from different athnec. They were actually ready to get married, but because Susan was a not from the athnic, her parents objected to their relationship furiously. So in the end, they had no other choice but to break it off.

Often time as I was growing up (I was born in 1979), mom and I would often bump into Susan in town, and she'd always ask my mom "How's Augustine?". Only later did I find out the true story about these 2, and I always thought how sad it was, because Susan eventually married a man (who by the way was from her exact athnic), and had a son with him, while my uncle remained single till this very day.

But here's the thing, Susan married her husband in 1981, and in 1982 their son was born. In 1984, this husband of hers (let's call him Tom), had an affair and left Susan and her son. Susan had to single handedly raise this boy up, send him to university, until he is now finally stable and working in UK.

A couple of months, Susan found out she had stomach cancer, and apparently it had reached quite a critical stage, and it should be said that there stand little chance for her to fully recover. She's been admitted to the hospital here for the past few weeks, and my mom had often visited her when she could. (that's by the way when I have met mom since like long time, by accident in the hospital)

Her son came back from UK to be with her, as things may turn unfavourable any moment.

But then, Susan's sister-in-law informed Tom (estranged husband) about her fight against cancer, and he came to her bedside within a snap of the finger. From what I was told, Tom is now working and living in different area, with another woman (the woman he had an affair with when he left Susan in 1984, left him and eventually got married). So his life is pretty much screwed up, to put it mildly

Susan has properties, under her name, she has money in the bank, and the purpose of Tom coming all the way to Miri after 24 years of hiding was to fight for "HIS RIGHT" (those were his words). He said that since he is her "HUSBAND", everything she has MUST GO TO HIM.

I was thinking to myself, Holy Fuck. This guy must be the worse asshole I've ever known.

Susan is trying to transfer the name of all her properties into her son's name, but Tom will be with her every minute of the day in the hospital, trying to prevent her lawyers coming over to get her signatures on those transfer papers, as he believes that he is still entitled to all her properties.

I mean, come on, how stupid can you get??

For this, I would like to announce that TOM (and all like him) is the:
WORLD HEAVY WEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD, FOR THE MOST SMELLIEST SHITHEAD IN THE WORLD.

He should win a Nobel Prize or something.
