However due to the critical work circumstances, I can't explain the case as it is, but I will tell you what happened after the job was fixed
I just had a meeting with my staffs in my office just now, and when I was screaming at the quality of work provided upon my trip, my Assistant said (who by the way got bigmouth):
"Sir, We are having colflict orders from the bosses and that is driving us crazy"
When it hits me, the personal arguments between the person I assigned and the big boss is being discussed in front of the staff, and the conflict orders are being given from the two of them.
In fact when Carla said so, I felt so embaressed and anger,
"Well, you follow the chain of command (meaning, your boss gave an order, his boss gave coflicting order, you follow the second one)" I said
It took me 2 hrs of discussion and finally understood the needed procedures to be followed.
What paid my attention during this meeting the number of staff who were commited to the dress code.
They were only 4 males out of 26 males and femals.
Yes, 4!!! can you believe this?
While I am waiting to go to Airport now and before writing this blog, I distributed a memo warning all of them to commite to the dress code and wear uniform other wise actions will be taken.
Carla and Linda (two of my staff) came objecting that "uniform makes them look very skinny and tall "(pool stick) their expression was".
Well, You are not in beauty Competition, so move your butts out and tomorrow come with the uniform, and if the uniform makes you look like that, what is this short skirts makes you look like?
When they smiled at me saying, of course sexy and hot
I still don't get it, how this short skirts make them look nice and the unfiorm (who's by the way skirts too but not as short as the once they are wearing) makes them look ugly.
The only explaination I came up with is:
Women are so crazy sometimes... (most of the times)
